What this app is for
FPE Job Management is an authorised-workforce system used to manage customers, job sites, appointments, work records, timesheets, documents and team access.
Information handled
The app may hold customer and team contact details, site addresses, job notes, schedules, time records, photos, forms, materials and quote or invoice information. Only enter information needed for legitimate Future Proof Electrical work.
Address suggestions
When an authorised user types in the Google address-search field, the search text is sent to Google Maps Platform so Google can return address suggestions. Selecting a suggestion fills the street, suburb and postcode for review before saving. The app does not save Google Places latitude or longitude data for its OpenStreetMap view.
Google's handling of this request is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Maps Platform Terms.
If Google is unavailable, the app automatically checks the NSW Geocoded Addressing Theme supplied by NSW Spatial Services. The typed search text is sent to that service so the app can return an authoritative NSW street, suburb and postcode. See the NSW Spatial Services information and terms.
If the NSW service has no match or is temporarily unavailable, the app may then use the low-volume Photon address service to search OpenStreetMap data within NSW. See the Photon project information and OpenStreetMap copyright and privacy information.
Access, security and retention
Access is restricted to individual accounts approved by Future Proof Electrical. Users must keep their login private, use only their own account and report suspected unauthorised access. Business records are kept only for operational, payroll, safety, compliance and financial purposes, subject to applicable retention requirements.
