App terms of use
Last updated 25 August 2026
Authorised business use
This app is for Future Proof Electrical business activities and authorised users only. Each user must use their own account, protect their password and access only the records required for their role.
Accurate and safe records
Users are responsible for checking customer, address, scheduling, work, safety, time and financial details before relying on or submitting them. The app supports business workflows; it does not replace electrical licensing obligations, safe-work procedures, statutory certificates or professional judgment.
Address providers
Google address suggestions are provided through Google Maps Platform. Use of that feature is also subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
When Google is unavailable, the app first searches the NSW Geocoded Addressing Theme supplied by NSW Spatial Services. It may then use Photon search with OpenStreetMap data if the NSW service has no match. Users must review every suggested address before saving it.
Records and availability
Do not deliberately delete, alter or conceal required safety, payroll, compliance or financial records. Internet and third-party services can be interrupted, so urgent or safety-critical instructions must also be communicated through normal business and emergency channels.
Changes and contact
Future Proof Electrical may update these terms as the app and its legal obligations change. Questions can be raised using the contact details on a Future Proof Electrical work order, quote or invoice.
